After my third session at TruBloom, I just felt, lighter. I didn’t know what to do with myself — in the best way.
Mental health breakthroughs shouldn't only be available to some people. We want to change that.
To give every patient a real shot at lasting relief through safe, supervised ketamine treatment and care that doesn't stop when the session ends.
Founder & Clinical Director, TruBloom
TruBloom is a dedicated ketamine treatment facility, not a general clinic. We exist specifically for people who’ve run out of conventional options and still need real help. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
Depression, anxiety, PTSD, most people just learn to live with them. They adjust their life around the pain, lower their expectations, and quietly accept that this is just how things are now. But settling for that isn’t a strength. It’s exhaustion. And you deserve a proper solution, not just another way to cope.
Antidepressants work for some people. For a lot of others, they just… don’t. Ketamine takes a different route entirely.
Anxiety has a way of feeling like it will never go away. This is the way your brain functions right now. It’s not required to be.
PTSD Trauma has a way of holding you back, even when you badly want to go ahead. Ketamine can help create the space to finally do that.
The people who come to TruBloom have usually spent years searching. They’ve tried medications, therapists, self-help — and they’re tired. We built this clinic with that in mind. No shortcuts. No one-size-fits-all. Just honest, careful treatment designed around what you actually need.
Every session is administered and monitored by trained clinical staff. You're never in a room alone wondering if something's off.
Our team has worked specifically in ketamine-assisted therapy — not as an add-on, but as their focus. That experience makes a real difference.
Two patients with the same diagnosis can need completely different treatment. We take the time to understand the difference.
Your mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum. We look at the full picture — and your care plan reflects that.
the clinical support for ketamine treatment is increasing rapidly. We keep up with that study and apply it directly in standard care for patients.
Our clinic is intended to be peaceful, quiet, and cosy. Because most people realize how crucial it is to feel before as well as during therapy.
Before anything else, we will discuss in detail your past experiences, what you've tried that hasn't worked yet, and what you desire to accomplish. At this point, there is no pressure, yet that discussion concludes all that comes after.
Once we understand your requirements, we build a plan around them. Number of sessions, timing, and any additional support — all of it will be specifically built for you.
The sessions run around 40 to 60 minutes in a quiet and calm space. You're monitored the entire time. Most of the patients find it surprisingly peaceful.
The last session is not the conclusion of treatment. We monitor your progress, check in, and make any necessary adjustments if required. You won't feel lost or forgotten

To get started, ask your licensed provider to complete the TruBloom Ketamine Referral Form. Your provider can send the completed form by email to truebloom@vanisishedaesthetics.com or by fax to 812-957-0011. Once the referral is received, the TruBloom team will review it and help guide the next steps.
Ketamine therapy is supported by clinical research and is most often discussed as an option for people with treatment-resistant depression. Studies have shown that ketamine may help reduce depressive symptoms in some patients who have not responded well to traditional medications or therapy. Results vary by person, which is why each patient should be evaluated by a qualified medical provider before beginning treatment.
Traditional antidepressants can take several weeks to begin working. Ketamine is different because some patients report improvement within hours or days after treatment. Not every patient responds the same way, and some people may need a series of treatments before noticing meaningful change.
Ketamine therapy is often considered for patients who have tried standard treatments such as antidepressants, therapy, or other psychiatric care without enough improvement. It is not a guaranteed solution, but it may offer another option for people who feel they have exhausted traditional paths.
Ketamine therapy should be provided in a controlled medical setting with appropriate screening, dosing, and monitoring. During treatment, patients may experience temporary effects such as dissociation, dizziness, nausea, changes in blood pressure, or altered perception. TruBloom’s team should evaluate each patient’s medical history and monitor treatment carefully to help support safety.
Ketamine has been used in medicine for decades as an anesthetic, and its use in mental health has been the subject of significant clinical research. While ketamine therapy is not right for everyone, it is a legitimate medical treatment option that may be considered under professional supervision for certain patients, especially those with treatment-resistant symptoms.
Ketamine therapy is commonly discussed in relation to treatment-resistant depression and may also be considered in some cases involving anxiety, PTSD, bipolar depression, chronic pain, or related conditions. A licensed provider should determine whether ketamine therapy is appropriate based on the patient’s diagnosis, history, current medications, and overall health.
Yes. TruBloom requires collaboration with the patient’s licensed provider. The referral form confirms that the referring provider remains involved in the patient’s care, including follow-up and maintenance planning as appropriate.
